Well Child Exams

Well Child Exams are routinely scheduled sessions where we talk about age-appropriate developmental difficulties, and family issues, including an updated family disease history, growth and nutrition, and age-related safety considerations.

Flu Shot Clinics

Flu Shot Clinics are OPEN and ready for scheduling. If you would like to make an appointment, please call the office at 616-784-9400 or request an appointment through the MyChart portal.

Sick Child Visits

If your child is sick, please call us as soon as possible to request a visit. Appointments are nearly always required for some symptoms, such as earaches, sore throats, coughs that make breathing difficult, severe abdomen discomfort, frequent or painful urination, and significant tiredness. Please be aware that, unless there are extenuating circumstances, we do not call in prescriptions for antibiotics without first seeing your child. If you feel an illness is severe enough to require antibiotics, we need to examine your child in the office.

Behavioral Health Appointments

Extended appointment times are typically needed for behavioral health visits (such as those for ADD and depression), which may not be accessible for a few weeks. Before making these appointments, paperwork and other physician documentation are frequently required to be completed and brought into the office. Exceptions to this policy will be made as circumstances indicate.
